Shipping Policy
At Scaff Buddy Ltd., we’re committed to delivering your scaffolding and construction products quickly, safely, and reliably across the UK. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we handle orders and deliveries.
Processing & Dispatch Times
All orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 3 working days of payment confirmation.
For large or bulk orders, processing time may vary slightly. We will notify you accordingly.
Delivery Options
We currently offer two delivery options: local delivery and nationwide shipping.
Local Delivery (within 50 miles of Inverurie):
This is available for customers within a 50-mile radius of our base at Thainstone Business Park. Local deliveries are fulfilled by our own logistics team or trusted partners. Delivery charges are calculated based on distance and order size at checkout. You will be contacted to confirm the delivery window once your order is ready.
Nationwide Shipping (Mainland UK):
We deliver across mainland UK using trusted freight and courier services. Shipping rates are based on product weight, volume, and destination. Exact charges will be calculated at checkout. Palletised or heavy goods may require additional handling time or delivery coordination.
Click & Collect
You may choose to collect your order directly from our premises at:

Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification via email or phone to arrange collection. Please bring your order confirmation and valid ID at the time of pickup.
Estimated Delivery Times
Local delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch.
Mainland UK shipping takes approximately 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Please note, delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.
Delivery Restrictions
We currently do not deliver to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, or international locations. Orders placed for unsupported regions will be cancelled and refunded.
Missed Deliveries / Re-delivery
If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our team or the courier will attempt to contact you. Re-delivery may incur an additional charge depending on your location and the order.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to dispatch and deliver all orders promptly, delays can occasionally occur due to weather, transport issues, or supply chain disruptions. We will always keep you informed and work to resolve any issues quickly.
